First—the celebration. Today marks the official wrap-up of our first Grace in Transition Course for Women Of a Certain Age, and I have to say… it was nothing short of incredible!
We spent eight weeks diving into the real issues mid-life women face—including how to protect our bones, prevent osteoporosis, and even turn around bone loss using evidence based strategies and the right type of support.
And the women who participated? Absolute rock stars. Their engagement, courage, humor, vulnerability, and commitment made the experience richer than I ever imagined. It reminded me how powerful it is when women gather to learn together and support one another.
