I have the complete package – books , journals daily book already bought but didn’t use yet by Daniel plan. Is this the same thing? I wanted to do Daniel Plan too

I know the Daniel Plan is very good but I haven’t seen their package so can not comment as to whether it’s the same thing. The eating plan is probably similar. I’m not sure how much the Daniel Plan goes into understanding each body system.
