Day 1 of the Detox

Hi gang,

Tip for the day. Think clean, organic, real food and you will be fine. Today and for the next 3 days your job is to eat clean and only items listed on the sheet for allowed foods. Nobody is to be feeling hungry-fill up with this good food especially with veggies.

This is a time to start walking or moving at least 30 minues a day, getting your heart rate up for the next 14 days. Movement detoxes your mind, your lungs, your skin, and digestive system.
