  • Avoid gluten to reduce bloating and discomfort and autoimmune disease.
  • Choose nutrient-rich carbs (mostly veggies) for lasting energy.
  • Add fiber for fullness and a happy tummy.
  • Cut down on alcohol to support your progress.
  • Remember, balance is key for long-term success 80/20

Don’t overthink it!

Exercise Routine:

  • Lift heavy weights for strength.
  • Walk or hike regularly for overall fitness.
