This Coleslaw Recipe is a classic, simple, clean, and delicious.
5 cups shredded cabbage (red or white)
5 T. organic mayonnaise or 3 T. Rice wine vinegar and 2 T. Olive oil
2-3 T. water
¼ cup Chopped green onions
¼ cup minced white onion
½ fresh squeezed lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all together in a medium size bowl and serve
I have yet to run into anyone who doesn’t love this side dish.
