Congratulations to all of you who have completed the 10 or 14 day detox.

Hopefully all of you are feeling very energized and light at this point. To keep this feeling just keep on eating foods that I listed in last Thursday’s blog. If you do not know how to cook these foods easily, then come to one of my cooking classes. You may also want to continue a 1-2 scoops of the detox shake 4-5 days a week.

Remember that as you incorporate different types of food back in to your routine, notice signs of allergic reactions such as itchy eyes, a runny nose, bloating, smelly gas, diarrhea increased aches and pains, sudden sleepiness within 1 hour after a meal. It’s good to keep a log for the next couple of weeks so that you can better pin point what foods are causing you problems.
