The eating plan for yesterday and today (days 7 & 8) is about increasing the amount of Opticlense GHI and cutting out all animal sources of food while continueing to eating nuts, beans, legumes, fruits and veggies and non gluten grains as listed on from the allowed foods on your list.
Tomorrow, Wednesday day 9, you will be cutting out beans and legumes.
Thursday and Friday, days 10 & 11 you will be getting about 95 percent of your protein from the shakes, which you will be having 3-4 times a day (depending on if you’re a male or female) while continueing to eat as many veggies, fruits as you like and brown rice in moderation. Please remember to fill up on all this good stuff. There is no need to feel hungry.
